I am sure that I speak on behalf of all noble Lords when I say that we pity the noble Baroness for being at the Dispatch Box for a third day running, dealing with heavy legislation. I forgive her, therefore, for the fact that her lucidity did not extend to the questions that I asked. But rather than labour the matter here, the best thing would be to have a conversation outside this place with her officials and to get to the bottom of exactly what the card can be used to verify and under what circumstances. I shall not labour the matter any further. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
[Amendments Nos. 142 to 144 not moved.]
