Certainly, I do not mind, but I do not agree with the noble Lord. In part, the answer is contrary to the comments of the noble Lord, Lord Thomas of Gresford. Clause 14(8) specifically states:"““The restrictions imposed by or under this section on the information that may be provided to a person do not affect any right apart from this Act for an individual to be provided with information about the contents of his entry in the Register””."
So that specifically allows applications under the Data Protection Act without a limit being put.
