Clearly, we will return to this at the next stage; but I have just been given some information that I am sure will be of great interest to the noble Lord, Lord Bradshaw. He talked about a decline in bus use; in fact, bus use in Wales has actually increased since the introduction of the free bus pass. However, we shall return to this at a later stage. If any questions have not been answered, we will deal with them in correspondence and I suggest that for the moment that we declare a truce on this amendment and move on.
