The noble Lord is now referring to bus services outside London. We are talking today about bus services in Wales. On behalf of the Government I am saying that we have evidence from the Office of Fair Trading that the problem of bunching of buses in Wales is not as the noble Lord says it is. I am asking for evidence from Wales, which we can set alongside the evidence of the Office of Fair Trading, to substantiate the point the noble Lord is making. We would like to receive such evidence before the next stage of the Bill.
