I have quoted the Office of Fair Trading that this is not a widespread problem. The noble Lord, Lord Bradshaw, says, ““This is a terrible problem; an appalling problem””, but he has not given us one single piece of evidence to support that contention. I suggest that before the next stage of the Bill the noble Lord should supply the evidence to substantiate his strongly held claim that the Office of Fair Trading is wrong and he is correct.
