The noble Lord said: The amendment would ensure that all members of the public who might have difficulty using public transport are given consideration. We hope that the amendment will stop anybody being unintentionally excluded, such as those who are not covered by the Disability Discrimination Act. For example, people who do not have a long-term impairment or those with only minor impairments currently have no guarantee that their requirements will be regarded by the Assembly. Clearly, we wish everyone to be included. I beg to move.
