I agree absolutely with the noble Lord that, without connectivity, it is impossible to have an integrated transport system. We shall read with interest everything that he has said. He may be interested to know that Arriva will introduce a standard pattern timetable in December, which will help to improve connections with other services. Network Rail has ultimate control of the network and if the pressure is to be applied, it should be applied to Network Rail as well as to the Welsh Assembly and the British Government. However, I hope that the noble Lord will withdraw the amendment.
