Without going through all the amendments again, I assure the noble Lord that Amendment No. 1, which I moved, refers to line 4, concerning accessibility, which is in Clause 1, and Amendment No. 4 refers to line 13, which, again, is in Clause 1—the clause that relates to the general transport duty. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
