The noble Baroness mentioned that the measure would prevent illegal under-age working among immigrants. She should be aware that apparently there is a disparity between the ages of those registered on the Home Office unaccompanied asylum-seeking children data base and the same people registered with local authorities. Those complications will come out in real life, and we must be careful how we handle them.
