Identity Cards Bill

I thank my noble and learned friend Lord Lyell of Markyate, the noble Earl, Lord Erroll, and the noble Lord, Lord Phillips of Sudbury, for raising other important points. I am grateful to the Minister for her explanation, which I will study very carefully. No doubt, as she suggested, debate on these matters will take place later in the Bill, but, for now, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 14 not moved.]
