The noble Baroness’s comments have jogged my memory. The other day when we were having the debate instigated by the noble Lord, Lord Greaves, on progress on the access provisions under the CROW Act, I asked the Minister whether he was satisfied with the level of research being done to establish whether there was any impact on ground-nesting birds from the access provisions under the legislation. I think that the noble Lord said that he would write to me, but he has not done so. I also asked him whether any forthcoming reports would be published in the public domain. So my noble friend has given me the opportunity to jog the noble Lord’s memory. I will be grateful if he can respond in due course.
