Will the Minister expand a little on that? My noble friend the Duke of Montrose and the noble Lord, Lord Williams, asked some pertinent questions about taxpayers’ money. Will the Minister confirm that no taxpayers’ money will be involved in the setting-up of a commons association and, once it has been set up, that there will be no taxpayers’ money in its running?
