That is interesting. I think the noble Lord is well able to bat for himself, but I understand that we need to move on. I want to make the point, because otherwise there is no chance to make it. The whole point of raising the issues is so they are on the record and they are in Hansard; and we should defend that. Other noble Lords may disagree. The Minister need not come back to me, but he could perhaps write to me if he wishes.
