The noble Baroness said: In rising to move the amendment, which provides that meetings of the commons associations be held in public, I thank the Government for circulating the draft statutory instrument, article 13 of which says that meetings of a commons association or the committee of an association shall be open to the public. That answers the Government’s intention; the only issue is that there is a list of things in the Bill, and this is not one of them. While I recognise that it is the Government’s intention, I wonder whether they feel like putting it in the Bill. I beg to move.
