I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Byford, for those words. I will look again at the amendment in the light of the Minister’s reply. Commoners stand to lose their rights as the result of a decision taken in the circumstances I have outlined. That is a very real issue for them. Meanwhile, however, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
