I totally agree with what the noble Lord has just said. It will be critical that they have a realistic date and not only that, but that they have the resources to complete by that date. That will come up later on. The Minister went to Cheltenham and said that there would be £100,000 throughout the whole of England and Wales for the job to be done. That is chicken feed to get the kind of registers that we want in a realistic time period. I back the noble Lord, Lord Williams, all the way.
