The noble Lord said: I want to raise two points with my noble friend. First, on timing, I understand that there is much concern in some commons registration authorities about an open-ended time period for a transitional period. They need to know what kind of time period is envisaged and whether we shall have a clear indication of how that will work. Secondly, on correction of registers, I note that the Bill as drafted states,"““in the case of a right of common attached to land, the apportionment or severance of the right””."
I return to the question that I raised earlier in Committee. Does that include rights attached to a farm business tenancy where those rights are apportioned from the dominant tenement into the tenancy? I beg to move.
