I add my words to those of the noble Lord, Lord Roberts of Conwy. In addition to all the people he has mentioned, the Bill team has worked assiduously during Second Reading and the whole of Committee. We realise that that represents a huge amount of hard work, which is much appreciated by the Members of the Committee.
A number of interesting issues are still loose, as it were. The Minister has promised to enlighten us on some of them, for which we are very grateful. There is the huge issue of regulations—which, in this case, will be drawn up by the Assembly. I am sure that Members of the Committee will be very interested to see those regulations in draft form at some time convenient to us all.
