I should like to declare an interest since I realise that I have not done so in relation to this amendment. I serve on the board of Prime Cymru, an organisation which encourages people aged 50-plus into new business start-ups. We estimate that some 250,000 people in Wales come into this age bracket and I am happy to relate that by December we will have helped 1,000 of them into new business ventures. I should like to point out to the Committee that all is not lost if you are aged over 50.
