We appreciate the Minister’s position. There is still a question about the regulations regarding a number of the commissioner’s activities. We still ask whether the evolution of devolution is not set back by the need to ask for the Secretary of State’s consent. However, I am sure that there will be opportunities to discuss this further on Report. I thank the Minister for his reply, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
