I am grateful to the Minister for her full response. I am not sure that she has answered my questions fully, but she has certainly had a jolly good go and answered as many questions as possible from those who have contributed to the debate.
I am always most grateful to my noble friend Lord Peyton for all his contributions, even though he seemed to find my first amendment flabby. I promise that I will serve up to him something with more muscle later on.
