Identity Cards Bill

I rise to my feet because it is Committee stage, this is a self-regulating House and it is normal, if there are questions and interventions, for us to answer them and move on. We have been on this one amendment for one hour and 52 minutes. We will have the same sort of debates on many amendments to come. I would be very grateful if, in very short order, I could complete my response to this amendment.
