I am totally puzzled. I thought we were discussing page 1 of the Marshalled List and the first amendment, but what I am listening to, I think—it may be an illusion—is a series of Second Reading speeches. I do not know whether anyone in the House has the authority to say, ““Can we go back to dealing with the amendment””, in the faint hope that we might before midnight hear the Minister’s answer to the mover of the amendment.
