I am grateful to the noble Baroness for giving way and for the constructive way in which she is approaching the Bill. Can I ask her to confirm that it is the Opposition’s view that the Bill should be dealt with constructively clause by clause and that no attempt should be made to undermine or torpedo something that was in the Government’s manifesto at the last election?
