Provided that stays in the Bill, I am happy, but it is extraordinarily odd that those odious practices should be allowed in any way to be defended. I find that deeply repellent. Having said that, if that is now covered in the Bill as amended, I am delighted to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 1, as amended, agreed to.
