I raised the question earlier in our discussions that there have been so many amendments to Clause 9 that I have great reservations about just allowing it to go through as it is. The Minister has indicated that he will address it and come back on Report, but I am extremely unhappy. It would seem much more logical that we do not agree to this section of the Bill. Perhaps I should seek the views of other Members of the Committee before I decide. As Members of the Committee know, it only needs one Member of the Committee to object for it not to go forward.
