In the case of Wales, that is an interesting question. The National Assembly for Wales has a good scheme, Tir Gofal, which provides really quite a lot of money. Is CCW, which is meant to be the public authority running Tir Gofal, going to pay itself when it gets common rights? It is an interesting question.
