Before we agree to Clause 9 standing part, will the Minister be so kind as to answer one question that has just crossed my mind? If Natural England or CCW were to acquire rights of common, would I be right in assuming that they would be entitled to a proportion of a single farm payment? That would mean we would find ourselves in a position where a public body was in receipt of public funds, which strikes me as a rather strange situation.
