I am most grateful to my noble friend. As he recognised, there is a serious point here. I understand that you cannot have chopping and changing on the register if there is, for instance, a grass keep arrangement for 11 months—that would be ridiculous. That is why I put in the timescale. Nevertheless, I am glad that my noble friend is going to look at this again, and we would hope for constructive amendments from him. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
