I beg to move, That the clause be read a Second time.
I am pleased to have an opportunity, albeit brief, to speak to new clause 7. For Members who may not be familiar with section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982, it states:"““The person having the management of any aerodrome . . . shall provide . . . adequate facilities for consultation with respect to any matter concerning the management or administration of the aerodrome which affects their interests.””"
The new clause would change section 35, making it the responsibility of the local authority to establish a committee, including representatives of—
