Racial and Religious Hatred Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Skidelsky (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 11 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills on Racial and Religious Hatred Bill.
My Lords, I thank the Lord Chancellor. Is he suggesting that someone who shouts, ““Kill all Muslims”” or, ““Kill all Christians”” from a public platform would escape successful prosecution under existing legislation?
