I thank the noble Baroness. Would she be kind enough to address her mind to the specific example which I gave? Of course it is right for the commission to support people with a case. Does she not agree that, with all the power and weight of public funds behind a person, it is very unfair for the person against whom that case is being taken, who may have no such funds. I referred to the hotel. The simple answer is, ““Well, let us do away with these bibles. We will have no expense, which might otherwise go on for ever. We will do away with them and that is the simplest answer””. If that happened there would be a miscarriage of justice because they would not be doing that which they are entitled by law to do.
