As another ex-member of the EOC—it is quite a club that we are becoming—I very much support the noble Baroness, Lady Gibson, on the point. It should certainly be left to the commission to decide. As we have already heard, that does not commit the commission to take up every case, but it is for it to consider which cases will help it in the way in which it conducts its activities. I warmly support the amendment.
