Just before that happens, the noble Baroness said that she would not want there to be a higher level to which people have to go to bring a complaint. According to the noble Lord, Lord Lester of Herne Hill, the level is the same, as he said that this amendment is not necessary because the amendment already covers my noble friend’s wording.
