My Lords, the Minister will know my views on Clause 11 and communities as they are lumped together in this manner. This was a probing amendment. Perhaps we can look at the wording and see whether we can incorporate involuntary isolation as well as a duty to promote the inclusion of segregated communities and come back to it on Report. In that context, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
