Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice pursuant to the answer of 13 October 2011, Official Report, columns 510-11W, on claims management regulation unit, whether any complaint has been received relating to (a) Going Legal Ltd, (b) Legal Link Introductory Services Ltd and (c) Justice Direct; and when any such complaint was received.

Answer

Pursuant to the answer I gave on 13 October 2011, Official Report, columns 510-11W, I can confirm that the response to the request made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the above information has now been sent to the hon. Member's office. A copy of that response has also been placed in the House Libraries.
