Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many complaints the Claims Management Regulation Unit has received relating to (a) Going Legal Ltd and (b) Legal Link Introductory Services Ltd; and how each complaint was resolved.

Answer

A request under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act from the hon. Member's office that asks for the above details is currently under consideration. Once a decision is reached he will be informed of the answer and a copy of the letter in response to that FOI request will be placed in the House Libraries.
