This statutory instrument, in part, corrects errors in S.I. 2020/1481 and 2021/1443. These regulations were also made in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 144(6) of, and paragraphs 2 and 3 of Annex 6 to, Regulation (EU) 2017/625, as retained in UK law from section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
