““devolved authorities” means—

(a) the Scottish Ministers,

(b) the Welsh Ministers, and

(c) the Northern Ireland departments;

“devolved legislatures” means—

(a) the Scottish Parliament,

(b) Senedd Cymru, and

(c) the Northern Ireland Assembly;”

This amendment defines the devolved authorities and devolved legislatures for the purposes of Part 1.
