I apologise for interrupting the Minister, but I want to ask him a question going back to Amendment 28 and the APMS contracts. If

we were to bring forward an amendment that made it very clear that we had no objection to NHS entities or not-for-profit organisations with APMS contracts being on the ICB, would he take a more friendly approach? It would just eliminate those that take profit out of the NHS.
