Defence Reform Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Rosser (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 5 February 2014. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Defence Reform Bill.

I thank the Minister once again for his detailed response. I would be grateful if he would read in Hansard the points I raised as I think there are one or two questions to which he did not respond. I should say straightaway that I did not expect him to be in a position to respond to them all immediately. He has certainly answered a number of the points, but I would be grateful if he would write to me on those to which he did not respond. I also appreciate his further response in relation to the earlier debate we had on Schedules 2 and 5. I will reflect on the additional information he has just given. I certainly do not intend to pursue the Motion that Clause 9 should not stand part of the Bill and I thank the Minister once again for his response.
