56LG: Clause 98, page 70, line 46, at end insert—

“( ) after subsection (2) there is inserted—

“(2A) The owner of a dog commits an offence if they, or the person for the time being in charge of the dog, are not able to control the dog in a public place whether or not it is muzzled or kept on a lead.””
