22P: Clause 40, page 23, line 22, at end insert—

“(9) A community protection notice may require the control or removal from premises occupied by a body or individual of a plant of the following description—

(a) Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia japonica),

(b) Himalayan Balsam (Impatiens glandulifera), or

(c) a plant specified in an order made by the Secretary of State.”
