50A: Clause 127, page 97, line 24, at end insert—

“(f) provision for requiring or allowing a licence holder to offer a particular form of tariff designed to—

(i) reduce the incidence of fuel poverty;

(ii) reduce total energy consumption or increase conservation;

(iii) change the time profile of energy consumption.”
