Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill

I am sorry, Minister, but that really does not address the point I made. There is an inalienable right under the Employment Rights Act 1996 for people to withdraw their labour. It is nothing to do with the International Labour Organisation. We are going to

have two UK statutes that are in direct conflict with each other; which one will prevail—that Act or this legislation?
