Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Bill

New clause 1 debated and withdrawn. New clause 9 negatived on division (37 votes to 282). Amendment to clause 1 negatived on division (159 votes to 280). Amendment to clause 3 negatived on division (136 votes to 279). Amendment to clause 13 negatived on division (141 votes to 275). King's consent signified. Third reading. Agreed to on question and Bill passed.
