Exiting the European Union (Agriculture)

Motion, That the Agricultural Products, Food and Drink (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I., 2020, No. 1661), dated 31 December 2020, a copy of which was laid before this House on 31 December 2020, and the Organic Production (Organic Indications) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I., 2020, No. 1669), dated 31 December 2020, a copy of which was laid before this House on 5 January, be approved. Agreed to on question.
