Motion that the draft Official Listing of Securities, Prospectus and Transparency (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, which were laid before this House on 21 January, be approved. The Speaker's opinion as to the decision of the Question being challenged, the division was deferred until Wednesday 27 February. Agreed to on division (317 to 280).
