Rough Sleeping

Proceeding contribution from Lord Herbert of South Downs (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 7 February 2019. It occurred during Backbench debate on Rough Sleeping.

Would she agree to meet Depaul, and perhaps visit a Nightstop service, to see how important and cost-effective it is and to see the potential for the roll-out that I mentioned earlier?
