Rough Sleeping

Proceeding contribution from Lyn Brown (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 7 February 2019. It occurred during Backbench debate on Rough Sleeping.

I know that the figures are disputed and that the changed statistics show differences year to year, but with a decrease of 2% a year it will take until 2052 to deal with rough sleeping in Britain, and that is frankly not good enough.
